Frank is 8Squad’s CEO and has over 20 years enterprise leadership experience and founded his first Salesforce Consultancy in 2009. This was acquired by BlueWolf, which he grew to be one of Australia’s most successful Salesforce partners. Following that, he founded startup PIVOTme, which focused on specialised rehabilitation services where he excelled as a therapist for over four years, dealing with high-end Brain Injury and PTSD cases. This hybrid experience that Frank has nurtured now perfectly culminates in fostering individual and personal resilience and growth within the squads and beyond. He knows first-hand how digital transformation and change can cause disruption and even anxiety within any organisation and that’s why 8Squad highly values personal accountability, accountability to each other and most importantly to our clients. Frank leads his squad members to work smart and hard to make sure our clients’ experiences are as smooth and positive as it can be.
Michael is a Director of 8Squad, and with Brett Gibson co-founded his first Salesforce consultancy in 2012 – acquired by 8Squad in 2019. He leads the High Tech Squad and has over 15 years’ experience in software engineering, including a decade on the Salesforce platform. Michael’s expertise lies in centralising workflows and data from associated business systems, integrating Salesforce to the existing technology landscape. Michael is a strategic advisor to small businesses and, with Salesforce solutions, has helped businesses quickly and successfully scale.


Brett is a Director of 8Squad, and with Michael Miller, co-founded a Salesforce consultancy in 2012 – acquired by 8Squad in 2019. He is the Financial Services Squad Captain and is a Solution Architect with over 10 years’ experience in designing customer journey solutions on the Salesforce platform. His expertise lies in account development through his knowledge of aligning company strategy to technology.
Germaine is the Head of People Strategy, Culture and Talent and has 8 years’ experience within the Salesforce environment. He is passionate about HR, culture, coaching, talent acquisition and management. He is specialised in how values influence hires, retain talent, build culture, and ultimately lead to high performing individuals and teams. He has helped organisations build brands and environments that attract and retain divergent thinkers while driving significant revenue growth through people strategies.


Jessica Thompson
Jessica is 8Squads COO and has over 13 years of enterprise leadership experience. Throughout her career, Jessica has led many strategic transformation programs, working collaboratively to build strong teams that thrive in complex environments. One of Jessica’s key strengths is her capacity to align customer needs with business and technology solutions. It’s this experience coupled with her passion for leading and unlocking the potential of teams that has led her to join the ever-growing team at 8Squad.
In her previous role at Australia Post, she was the General Manager, Service for Business & Government. This critical capability within Australia Post was accountable for the organisation’s customer service strategy and delivery. Jessica was responsible for solution implementation, onboarding, service management and customer success of approximately 90K customers, generating approx. $5B in revenue. In this role, Jessica led the development and delivery of Australia Post’s multi-segment, multi-channel and multi-site customer care strategy.
