8Squad Achieves 200% Growth, adds to Senior Ranks and has been appointed as a Salesforce.com Global Financial Services Partner

Today, 8Squad Pty Ltd, (8Squad) a leading boutique Salesforce Consulting Partner in Australia, has announced that it received funding from Salesforce Ventures.

Additionally, 8Squad has been selected as one of the Salesforce global partners for Customer 360 for Financial Services. The new offerings are perfectly aligned to 8Squad’s experience and capability, as a leader in customer digital transformation combined with a proven track record of helping financial firms implement Salesforce to drive digital business.

8Squad was recognised as a Salesforce Summit Partner in APAC in March. The Summit tier status recognises 8Squad’s ability to provide innovative solutions that support Salesforce integration within some of the most complex client technology environments. “Becoming a Salesforce Summit Partner within such a short time frame is an exciting milestone and a testament to the quality of work we have implemented and the hard work of our talented, growing team,” said CEO and industry veteran Frank Cuiuli. Cuiuli started and successfully exited a previous Salesforce partner business which was acquired by IBM’s Bluewolf in 2012. 

The funding will go toward 8Squad’s continued investment in innovative solutions for Australian businesses. 8Squad is currently expanding its services to include a Salesforce Centre of Excellence, focused on driving continuously improving processes and service delivery on the Salesforce platform. The funding will also assist 8Squad to further scale its capability to align with Salesforce’s innovation in new areas such as Customer 360 for Financial Services and Service Innovation to boost customer satisfaction in the digital economy. 

Investment in 8Squad’s people and unique culture has been a major part of their success to date. The funds will enable 8Squad to build their Academy and Associate programs to further develop their talent and expand their presence in new regions such as QLD and WA to meet the growing demand for Salesforce services locally. “We have been able to achieve our growth and deliver strong results with a team all based within Australia, something we are extremely proud of,” said Cuiuli. One such new hire is Dinithi Ratnasekara who joined 8Squad from Tier 1 Partner Accenture in June as Commercial Director and will lead the charge in 8Squad’s strategic markets.
