The challenge
This health services organisation wanted to provide an online wellbeing resource for healthcare professionals. The digital service would complement an existing phone-support channel.
Users needed a straightforward way to access learning, complete self-assessments and revisit their results. The portal had to add a useful option without replacing phone support or creating unnecessary administration for its users.
Complementary access
Provide an additional way to use support resources, alongside the existing phone channel.
Self-directed use
Make registration, learning and self-assessment straightforward.
Continuity of reflection
Allow users to revisit their assessment results over time.
What we did
8Squad used Experience Cloud for the portal, an Enablement Site for learning and flows for self-assessment.
Enable self-registration
Users could register through the portal and access the service.
Connect learning
Single sign-on linked the portal to self-paced wellbeing modules.
Support self-assessment
Flows allowed users to complete assessments and revisit them during their wellbeing journey.
What changed
Design and implementation were completed in six weeks. Healthcare professionals could self-register, access learning and revisit their self-assessments through a service that complemented existing phone support.
